I'm Nico Becerra, a San Diego native and big supporter of local entrepreneurs and small business owners. Before law, I spent over a decade in operations management leading teams of 100 plus employees, and I have started companies of my own. I know what it takes to run a business because I am an operator.
I have practiced law in California since 2015, and for eleven years I have run this firm the way I always wished my own lawyers had worked: get to know the business, give straight answers, price the work fairly, and solve the problem in front of us without creating new ones.
My focus is preventative law. The best legal strategy is the one that keeps you out of trouble in the first place, and the best lawyer is the one already in your corner when a question comes up.
